Quality Control

Zhangjiagang Wilford Thermal Co.,Ltd. is rapidly grows up from the small boiler workshop to a compr-

ehensive development-oriented factory with domestic B class boiler manufacturing qualification, ASME

boiler and pressure vessel manufacturing qualification.

We have a special quality inspection department, which has rich experience in processing, welding te-

chnology, hardware, non-destructive testing and hydraulic testing. For those that do not meet the requ-

irements, defects, unqualified processes, components, and products, which are not released to the pr-

oduction department.

Every boiler must be subject to strict inspection and testing before delivery, including hydraulic test

and X-ray inspection.

Every boiler must be subject to strict debugging before packaging.
