Working Principle
According to the principle of variable pressure adsorption, zeolite molecular sieve is used as adsorbent, because zeolite molecular sieve has selective adsorption characteristics, nitrogen is adsorbed by the molecular sieve in large quantities, oxygen is enriched in the gas phase, and nitrogen-oxygen separation is realized under the action of variable pressure adsorption. Adopting double-tower or multi-tower structure, one side adsorbs oxygen, one side desorbs and regenerates, and the opening and closing of pneumatic valves are controlled by PLC and other intelligent programs, so that the two towers or multi-tower circulates alternately and continuously produces high-quality gas.
