Purification Sled,Argon Recovery Unit,Rare Gas Recovery
For initial removal of CO and O2 from crude argon. pry block structure and stabilized gas supply function.
The function of this system is to remove hydrocarbons, carbon monoxide, oxygen, carbon dioxide, moisture and other impurities from the exhaust gas. Its main equipment are:
- cooler: to reduce the temperature of the tail gas from ambient to below 15°C. 2. return heater: to combine the forward flow ambient temperature tail gas with the downstream flow out of the reactor;
- return heaters: exchanging the positive flow of normal temperature tail gas with the hot tail gas downstream from the reactor, recovering the waste heat of the gas;
- electric heater: to heat the flow gas to the required temperature point for catalytic reaction;
- catalytic decarbonization module: using special catalysts to catalyze carbon-containing compounds to carbon dioxide at a set reaction temperature.to carbon dioxide at a set reaction temperature.
The chemical reaction equation in the reactor is as follows:
2CO + O2 = 2CO2
CH4 + 2O2 = 2CO2 + 2H2O
