Fixed Gas Storage Cylinders
Fixed compressed gas storage cylinders are designed and manufactured in accordance with our corporate standards, and are suitable for filling compressed gases such as CNG (natural gas), N2 (nitrogen), Air (air), Ar (argon), He (helium) and so on, and are used in refueling stations or other fixed places. Cylinders are made up of bottle containers, piping systems and brackets to form a modular gas storage unit, commonly used cylinders with outside diameters of 559mm, 610mm, 720mm and other specifications. Users can choose the standard series of gas cylinders according to the demand, also can choose the non-standard gas cylinders within the range of 450~720mm OD, different pressure, different containers and different number of containers according to the demand.

First, the role of the storage tank

1) Storage capacity: on the one hand, to solve the system in a short period of time may be more than the supply of air supply contradictions, on the other hand, in the compressor failure or other emergencies (such as power outages) for temporary emergency. Of course, this depends on how much or how big the storage tank is used to store compressed air.

2) Constant flow and pressure stabilization: eliminate or weaken the pulsation of air compressor output airflow, stabilize the pressure of the air source, and ensure the output airflow is continuous and smooth, i.e. the role of constant flow and pressure stabilization.

3) Reduce the frequency of starting and stopping the air compressor: Reduce the frequency of starting and stopping the air compressor, a larger system capacity, you can extend the air compressor "start - stop" or "load - unload", "start - stop" or "load - unload". A larger system capacity can extend the "start - stop" or "load - unload" cycle of the air compressor and reduce the frequency of switching of electrical equipment and valves.

4) removal of pollutants: the use of gas storage tank tank to form a centrifugal and compressed air gravity settling effect, separation and removal of large particles of compressed air moisture, oil and other pollutants, as well as further cooling of compressed air, reduce the pipeline network downstream of the other post-processing equipment workload (but also reduces the purification of the investment in equipment), so that all types of air equipment to obtain the required quality of the air source.

5) Saving installation space: for the current popular integrated air compressor, the tank is also used as the compressor body and other accessories of the installation base frame, effectively saving the installation difficulty and space.
