Closed plate filter is a kind of high-efficiency, energy-saving, closed operation precision clarification filtration equipment, which is widely used in petrochemical, grease, paint, food and beverage, biological medicine and other industries. Operation Principle
Closed plate filter consists of cylinder, filter plate, cover lifting device, automatic slag discharge system, etc., in which the filter plate is composed of multi-layer stainless steel mesh, which is installed on the liquid collecting pipe in the cylinder, so it is very convenient to clean and maintain. When filtering, the liquid to be filtered containing filter aid enters into the cylinder of the filter, so that a stable filter cake is formed on the filter net (the filter cake layer can provide countless fine channels), and then the liquid to be filtered is actually filtered through the micropores of the filter cake layer.
