Is an indispensable device on the pipeline of conveying media, usually installed in the pressure reducing valve, pressure relief valve, water level valve, square work filter other equipment at the inlet end of the device. The filter consists of a cylinder, stainless steel screen, drainage part, transmission device and electrical control part. Performance Characteristics
1. High efficiency, precise filtration: special structure of the disc filtration technology, precise and sensitive performance, to ensure that only particles smaller than the required size can enter the system, is the most effective filtration system; specifications 5μ, 10μ, 20μ, 55μ, 100μ, 130μ, 200μ and so on, the user can choose different accuracy of the filtration disc according to the requirements of the water. The system flow rate can be flexibly adjusted according to the needs.
2. Standard modularization, saving space: the system is based on standard disc filter unit, designed according to modularization, users can choose and change as needed, flexible and interchangeable. The system is compact, occupies a very small area, can flexibly utilize the corner space for installation, such as water treatment capacity of about 300m3/h equipment occupies an area of only about 6m2 (general water quality, filtration level 100μ).
3. Full-automatic operation, continuous water output: between the units in the filter combination, the backwashing process alternates in turn, and the automatic switching between working and backwashing status ensures continuous water output; the water consumption for backwashing is very small, accounting for only 0.5% of the water output; if it is coupled with air-assisted backwashing, the self-consumption of water can be reduced to less than 0.2%. High-speed and thorough backwashing can be completed in just tens of seconds.

Long life: the new plastic filter element is strong, non-abrasive, non-corrosive, very little scaling, after many years of practical industrial verification, the use of 6 to 10 years there is no wear and tear, will not age, filtration and backwashing effect will not deteriorate due to the use of time. 5.
