An air suspension fan is a type of fan in which air, rotating at high speed in the blower rotor, creates a dynamic pressure effect between the rotor and the surface of the foil bearings, forming a high-pressure air film that floats the rotor.
Air suspension fans have a wide range of applications in many fields, such as sewage treatment, blast drying, surface treatment, food and medicine, wine and beverage, automotive industry, electronics and semiconductors, gas transportation and so on. Compared with the traditional Roots fan, air suspension blower can save energy more than 30%, is the environmental protection enterprise fan energy saving technology reform of the trusted brand.

Air suspension fan advantages: first of all, air suspension blower using high-speed permanent magnet motor air suspension bearings, blower running speed up to 40,000 rpm or more, so the mechanical efficiency is high, compared with traditional fans energy saving rate can reach 35-45%.
Secondly, the air suspension blower adopts ternary flow impeller, the volute is made of aviation aluminum alloy, and the air bearing is directly connected without mechanical friction, and the noise is only 75dB to 80dB (at 1m) without the need of setting up soundproof cover.
