Common Questions
Q: Why is the detector black screen?
Answer: It may be that the power of the detector is insufficient, and the automatic protection shuts down and needs to be charged. The blue charging indicator will flash when it is turned off and charged.
Q: Why does the detector consume more power?
Answer: The carbon dioxide sensor consumes a lot of power when working
Q: What are the precautions for carbon dioxide?
Answer: Excessive carbon dioxide concentration (more than 1500ppm) will affect the brain development of newborns, make adults drowsy, and seriously reduce work efficiency.Do not trigger the calibration function of the detector indoors, it will cause abnormal carbon dioxide readings and need to be recalibrated outdoorsThe unit of carbon dioxide is ppm. 1ppm means the volume ratio of CO2 in the air is one part per million, and 1ppm is converted to 1.98mg/m3 under standard conditions.
Q: How to calibrate to be accurate?
Answer: The detector has been calibrated before leaving the factory. During use, the instrument will be automatically calibrated according to the carbon dioxide concentration in the environment at regular intervals.
