14''-24'' HE Series Trunnion Mounted Ball Valve

trunnion mounted ball valves feature: a full line product offering with valves ranging in 2"-42", ANSI classes 150LB - 2500LB, forged steel bolted or all welded body, close coupled trunnion block design for low operating torques, secondary seat sealant feature.Kojo API-6D valves are offered with self relieving seats or optional double piston sealing. Special seat compounds are also available. Each valve meets, API-6D, API 6FA and Nace requirements. Options include stem extensions, actuators, pipe pups and specialized coatings.

Design Features

Trunnion mounted ball valves met all the requirements of API 6D as well as the other design codes;Minimum wall thickness comply with ASME B16.34. Valves are usually supplied with lever,gear box,actuator or bare shaft on customer request

  1. ISO5211 platform design is adopted for the convenience of installing the actuator
  2. Double block and bleed function
  3. Anti-blow-out stem design
  4. The pressure balancing hole is provided on the steel ball
  5. The body is provided with a device for cleaning the valve cavity
  6. Automatic pressure relief function
  7. Fireproof and antistatic design
  8. Sealant injection system for emergency seal
  9. Multiple driving modes facilitate the realization of automatic control
  10. Reliable stem seal and low operating torque. Metal hard seal seat can be made according to requirements
