Description

The advantages of ball splines in detail:

  • Large load capacity: The rolling groove of the ball is precision ground and formed, and adopts Goethe type 40° angular contact. Due to the large contact angle, it has a large load capacity in both the radial and torque directions.
  • Zero clearance in the rotation direction: By using 2-4 opposite rows of ball rows with a contact angle of 40°, combining the spline and the spline outer cylinder, and adjusting the preloading method, the clearance in the rotation direction can be zero.

  • Simple assembly: Due to the special design, the spline outer cylinder can be detached from the spline shaft in time, and the steel balls will not fall off. Therefore, assembly, maintenance and inspection are easy to carry out.
