What is a gear shaft?
The secondary gear shaft is the most important shaft in the reducer and usually accounts for more than half of the cost of the reducer. It needs to withstand a lot of torque and requires precise machining and rigorous heat treatment.
The third-stage gear shaft is a component of the secondary shaft, and its design and manufacturing also have high requirements.

When assembling and using the second and third stage gear shafts of the reducer, attention needs to be paid to maintaining the correct installation position and preventing excessive wear and thermal deformation.
