Products: Grinding gear with Pressure Angle 14.5°,20°, Spiral bevel gear
Processing technology:
1. Blank preparation: Prepare appropriate blanks according to the specifications and material requirements of the gear. Commonly used blank materials include cast steel, forged steel and cast iron.
2. Rough machining: Rough machining of the blank to remove excess material and initially form the shape of the gear. This step can be done by milling, planing or turning.
3. Heat treatment: Heat treatment is performed on the rough-machined gear to improve its hardness and strength. The heat treatment method depends on the material and process requirements. Commonly used heat treatment methods include quenching, tempering, etc.
4. Finishing: The tooth shape and pitch of the gear are refined through finishing to achieve the accuracy and shape required by the design. Finishing usually involves grinding or polishing to ensure the roughness and parallelism of the gear surface.
5. Assembly and adjustment: Assemble and adjust the processed gears to achieve the required installation position and matching accuracy. After assembly is completed, inspection and testing are required to ensure the transmission performance and stability of the gears.
