The calendaring machine is the main equipment in the continuous calendaring production line. It consists of cast steel gantry frame, rolls, frequency conversion motor reducer, gap adjustment system, electrical control system, feeding guard plate and roll surface cleaning mechanism.
The main function is to make the electrode reach the appropriate density under the rolling of the roller, and meet the electrode thickness requirement according to the coating thickness.

GN-HR-330 hydraulic roller pressure machine is an automatic battery electrode rolling press system with precision digital pressure control . The pressure can be adjusted easily by touch screen.
