Product Description and Application
In HVDC or UHVDC,the harmonic wave arising from commutation has significant impact to transmission quality.In order to eliminate the impact of harmonic wave,generally,it's necessary to install filter at convertor station.Filter resistor is an important part of filter,and is suitable for high voltage/ultra-high voltage transmission and distribution system,transmission and distribution system for plants,other damping filter circuit or SVC circiut and etc,for eliminating or reducing harmonic waves.

* Small land space:The tower type connection among resistor cases significantly reduces the land space for filtering field;
* Highly reliable insulation: Porcelain insulators are used between the case and base,between the cases as well as between resistor line and case and between different resistor lines for insulation and support;
* Anti-vibration and corrosion resistant: Inside the case symmetric structural design is used and hot-dip galvanized material is used for frame and channel steel is used for the installation of support insulators on the bottom of case,the anti-vibration performance is good,outer surface of the case is of sprayed plastic to ensure that the case body will not corrode;
* Very compact structure with high cost effectiveness:The thermal capacity of resistor disc is large thus the number of discs is correspondingly reduced,the medium point of resistor is connected to the outer case thus effectively decreasing the lightening surge strength between resistor line and resistor thus the overall volume of the case is significantly reduced.
