Household Uninterruptible Power Supply UPS220V Output Tower
Matters needing attention:
Because of the particularity of its inverter and battery work, the installation and use of UPS power supply must have a set of strict and scientific operating procedures, in order to improve the stability of work, reduce the failure rate of equipment, and truly achieve uninterrupted power supply of equipment.
(1) The installation environment of the UPS power supply should be protected from direct sunlight and have enough ventilation space to ensure that the operating temperature is not higher than 25 ° C. If the operating temperature exceeds 25 ° C, the battery life is reduced by about half for every 10 ° C increase in temperature rise.
(2) It is not suitable to use high-power thyristor load, thyristor bridge rectifier or half-wave rectifier load at the output end of the UPS power supply, which is easy to cause the inverter's final drive transistor to be burned.
(3) Strictly follow the correct startup and shutdown sequence to avoid large fluctuations in the voltage output of the UPS power supply when the load suddenly increases or decreases, so that the UPS power supply cannot work normally.
(4) Do not frequently turn off or on the UPS power supply. Generally, wait at least 30 seconds after turning off the UPS power supply. The cause of frequent UPS power failures is that users start or shut down frequently, and the UPS power supply switches between inverter power supply and bypass power supply with load.
(5) Practice has proved that for the vast majority of UPS power supplies, it is the best working mode to control the load within the range of 50%~60% rated output power. It is forbidden to use over load. The manufacturer suggests that the maximum starting load of UPS power supply should be controlled within 80%. If overload is used, it will often breakdown the inverter triode in the inverter state. Not too light load operation, this situation is easy to cause battery failure because the battery discharge current is too small.
(6) Regularly maintain the UPS power supply: observe the status of the working indiCAT-parts-partsor, remove dust, measure the voltage of the battery, replace the unqualified battery, check the running status of the fan, and detect and adjust the system parameters of the UPS.
(7) UPS power supply is more suitable for with micro capacitive load, not suitable for charged inductive load, such as air conditioning, motor, electric drill, fan, etc. If the UPS power load is resistive or inductive, reduce the load to avoid overload.
