Compared to similar products on the market, our generator sets have obvious advantages in noise reduction. The noise value within a range of 7 meters from the unit is strictly controlled to ≤68DB. This ensures our generator sets operate silently even in commercial areas, quiet residential areas, or highly sensitive scientific research institutions.

Our fuel tank design is noteworthy as we have adopted an exquisite layout of the bottom fuel tank, which can store a full 8 hours of oil. This innovative design eliminates the need for frequent power supply interruptions and refueling in remote construction sites or sudden power outages. We ensure uninterrupted power supply to avoid any disruption to key tasks.

We use standard 50mm fireproof sound-absorbing cotton that has excellent performance in both sound absorption and noise reduction. The unique fiber structure efficiently captures and consumes sound wave energy, significantly reducing the intensity of noise transmission outwards.

The Silent Box is meticulously created using a 2.0mm steel plate that has undergone precise manufacturing and folding. The thickness of the plate perfectly balances strength and toughness, making it resilient enough to withstand external impacts during transportation, installation, or daily use. The toughness of the steel plate allows it to quickly rebound to its original shape even when there's only slight deformation, providing a secure seal for the box. Furthermore, the folded and crafted steel plate provides seamless connections that enhance overall sound insulation capabilities of the box.

The Silencer Door is an essential component of the Silent Box's design as it comes equipped with a magnetic silencer door featuring exceptional sealing performance. When the door is closed, the magnetic device ensures that it is tightly held in place, creating a near-airtight state that prevents noise leakage caused by door gaps. Compared to traditional door structures, this magnetic silencer door provides the Silent Box with soundproofing capabilities that almost entirely reduce noise, offering near-perfect noise reduction performance.

The Silent Box series offers high flexibility, ensuring that customer-specific needs and preferences are met. Customers can request personalized rain covers, with two available materials: high-quality galvanized sheet or steel sheet. High-quality galvanized sheet rain covers are ideal for those residing in rainy or humid southern coastal areas because they provide excellent anti-corrosion performance, resisting rain-erosion effects for extended periods. Steel plate rain covers are suitable for northern areas that occasionally encounter heavy rains since they offer stronger pressure resistance, making the generator sets more stable and ensuring reliable electricity regardless of the weather.
