Our noise requirements have met the international leading standards. The noise attenuation index strictly meets the requirements of ISO3744, ensuring that the noise generated during operation can be effectively attenuated according to scientific specifications, avoiding unnecessary interference to the surrounding environment.

Our generator sets have obvious advantages in noise reduction compared to similar products in the market. The noise value within a range of 7 meters from the unit is strictly controlled to ≤68DB, ensuring silent operation even in commercial areas, quiet residential areas, or highly sensitive scientific research institutions.

Our fuel tank design is also noteworthy, as we have adopted an exquisite layout of the bottom fuel tank which can store a full 8 hours of oil. This innovative design eliminates the need for frequent power supply interruptions and refueling in remote construction sites or in cases of sudden power outages. We ensure uninterrupted power supply to ensure key tasks are not affected.

We use standard 50mm fireproof sound-absorbing cotton, which has excellent performance in both sound absorption and noise reduction. The unique fiber structure efficiently captures and consumes sound wave energy, significantly reducing the intensity of noise transmission outwards. Its fireproof property can also provide reliable safety protection against unexpected fires, further ensuring the safety of our unit and the surrounding environment.

The Silent Box is expertly crafted using a 2.0mm steel plate that has undergone precise manufacturing and folding. The steel plate's thickness perfectly balances strength and toughness, allowing it to withstand external impacts during transportation, installation, or daily use. The steel plate's toughness enables it to quickly rebound to its original shape if slight deformation occurs, thus securing the box's seal. Additionally, the folded and manufactured steel plate provides seamless connections that enhance the overall sound insulation effect of the box.

The Silencer Door is an essential part of the Silent Box's design. It has a magnetic silencer door with excellent sealing performance. When the door is closed, the magnetic device tightly holds it in place, creating a near-airtight state, preventing noise leakage arising from door gaps. Compared to traditional door structures, this magnetic silencer door makes the Silent Box a soundproof space with near-perfect noise reduction capability.

The Silent Box series offers high flexibility in terms of usage scenarios, ensuring that customer-specific needs and preferences can be met. Customers can also request personalized rain covers, with two materials available: high-quality galvanized sheet or steel sheet. For those in rainy or humid southern coastal areas, high-quality galvanized sheet rain covers are ideal, providing excellent anti-corrosion performance and resisting rain erosion for extended periods. In northern areas that occasionally encounter heavy rains, steel plate rain covers offer stronger pressure resistance, making the generator sets more stable and ensuring reliable electricity regardless of the weather.
