Let's first focus on the crucial link of noise control. Our noise requirements satisfy international standards and precisely meet the requirements of ISO3744. This means that while our generator sets are working, the noise they generate is effectively attenuated according to precise scientific specifications, avoiding unnecessary interference in the surrounding area. These products are perfect for commercial areas, busy cities, quiet residential areas, and even scientific research institutions that demand extremely low levels of noise. The noise decibel number is outstanding, with just ≤68DB within a range of 7 meters from the unit. This level of noise control is much better when compared to similar products in the market, which can produce noise levels that go up to 80DB or higher.

Going deeper into the fuel tank design, we have adopted an exquisite layout for the bottom fuel tank, which can store a full 8 hours of oil. This design has been repeatedly measured and verified in practice, ensuring that even in remote construction sites or sudden power failures requiring long-term emergency power supply, there is no need to frequently interrupt the power supply to refuel. The unit can continuously and stably output electricity, ensuring that essential tasks run smoothly.

The selection of sound-absorbing materials is also very ingenious. We use standard 50mm fireproof sound-absorbing cotton, which is no ordinary sound-absorbing material. It boasts dual outstanding performance: its unique internal fiber structure can efficiently capture and consume sound energy, significantly reducing noise intensity, just like setting up a solid barrier for noise. Additionally, this material has a crucial fireproof property, which can effectively retard and prevent the fire from spreading, providing reliable safety protection for the unit and the surrounding environment.

The silent box material is made of 2.0mm steel plate that has been folded and manufactured for added strength and toughness. This thickness allows it to withstand external impacts during transportation and daily use without causing damage to internal components of the precision generator set. In case of slight deformation, the steel plate can quickly rebound to its original state, ensuring that the box's sealing is not affected. The seamless connection also increases the overall sound insulation effect of the box.

The design of the silencer door is equipped with a magnetic silencer door that has excellent sealing performance. When closed, the magnetic device tightly adsorbs the door, thus fitting tightly with almost an airtight seal. Compared to traditional door structures, the magnetic silencer door eliminates noise leakage caused by door gaps, making the entire silent box an almost perfect soundproof space.

Furthermore, the silent box series is designed with high flexibility, taking into account the diverse usage scenarios of customers. The rain covers can be personalized according to customer needs, providing high-quality galvanized or steel sheet options. In southern coastal areas with rainy and humid weather, high-quality galvanized sheet rain covers resist rain erosion for longer periods, ensuring the dryness of internal components and prolonging the unit's service life. In areas with occasional heavy rains and greater emphasis on strength like some northern areas, steel plate rain covers provide stronger pressure resistance, ensuring that the generator sets are stable even in bad weather and continue to provide reliable electricity to customers.
