Introduction
What is the geophysical exploration?

Sedimentary rocks associated with oil and gas tend to have good electrical conductivity (low electrical resistivity). Electrical prospecting can be used to find and identify such strata. Electrical prospecting is an important prospecting method in geophysical exploration.
