Single Layer Forming Fabric

Polyester forming fabrics are being made with special yarns in 100% polyester. every polyester dryer fabrics will be made to fit in a high degree of stability and long running life.

Brief introduction

Polyester forming fabric refers generally to the polyester fabrics woven with polyester fiber in spiral and heddle inserting methods for various industrial uses in producing of paper, corrugated paper, paper for train fare, filtration and separation in environmental protection, pharmaceutical, mine, metallurgy, machinery, airspace and other fields.

1. Long service life, wear resistance, the net loss is low.
2. High fatigue resistance, acid, weak alkali resistance.
3. The mesh mark light, forming quality is good.

According to the weaving, polyester forming fabric can be divided into 4-shed single layer fabrics, 5-shed single layer fabrics, 8-shed single layer fabrics, 7-shed double layer fabrics, 8-shed double layer fabrics, 8-shed double and a half layer fabrics, 16-shed double and a half layer fabrics.
