DESCRIPTION

Our seamless nomex felt belt are mainly used for roller transfer machines. The blankets are made of imported high-temperature aramid fiber. The intermediate endless base cloth are polyester dry fabrics and Kevlar fabrics. The working temperature is up to 280℃. After using, the width shrinkage rate is 2%, the elongation rate is 3%, the gram weight is 3100 g/m3, the thickness is 6-10mm, the surface is smooth, the carpet body is soft, it is not easy to crack, and longer service life. It is a special thermal transfer felt belt for the production of curtain fabrics, decorative fabrics and other fabrics.

APPLICATION

Our high temperature digital printing blanket is used for all kinds of heat transfer machines, large printing factories, large scale factories and so on.

DIRECTIO OF OUR FELT BELT

1. The blanket must be install as the direction of the arrow, fixing both sides of the perimeter

to see if the perimeter is the same.

2. Adjust the machine pressure within 2kg. heat up to 150 ℃, idle for 2 hours; heat up to

170℃, idle for 2 hours; heat up to 190℃, idle 3 hours( important); heat up to 200℃,

idle for 2 hours.

3. Then the belt will suitable for your machine, you can adjust the machine pressure in 3--5kg

according to your needed and start to printing.
