Cylindrical Composite lining tundish upper nozzle ladle shround refractory for Steel casting

Product Feature

1,Aluminum carbon, magnesium carbon, spinel and other strengthened bowl mouth material stable performance, excellent corrosion resistance.

2,Adopts pure zirconia dishmouth material, which can meet the requirements of high oxygen steel, high manganese steel and other long life.

3,Composite carbon-free lining can effectively prevent the formation and accumulation of Al2O3 and TiO2 in the inner wall of the nozzle, and prolong the pouring time of 08Al, SPHD, stainless steel and other steel types.

4,The composite air-permeable lining can blow argon gas uniformly into the interface through the lining microholes, so that the inner wall is covered with an argon film uniformly, making it difficult for nodules to attach to the inner wall and effectively preventing plugging.

5,The high standard aluminum-carbon body material has good thermal shock resistance, no cracking, no cracking and corrosion resistance.

6,The skateboard material with high strength and wear resistance can ensure no wear in the process of changing the water outlet quickly.

7,Standard argon sealing ring structure is adopted at the slide plate, which can effectively prevent oxygen and nitrogen from inhaling from the joint surface of the upper and lower nozzle.
