Product introduction

Integral plug rod is one of continuous casting equipment. It is mainly used for the opening and closing of the middle tank to control the position of the plug head to the water mouth of the middle tank to adjust the flow of molten steel into the crystallizer. Al₂O₃-C integral stoppers have been used in the continuous casting process of Panzhihua Vanadium extracting steel plant since its operation.

5, High strength anti-oxidation coating, can form liquid protective film in the range of 600~1200℃, protect carbon from oxidation, prolong the service life.

6, The air seal device with different structure can be selected according to the need at the connection with the water outlet of the big bag to prevent oxygen and nitrogen absorption effectively.
