ANS: Yes, sample cost is refunded when bulk order confirmed (total amount > $5,000), but freight cost don’t be refunded;

ANS:1) stock items: 24hours after payment;

2) out of stock: about 2-7 working days for sample paper and PU packing box;

about 7-15 working days for sample wooden packing box;
