Cute design and I painted a bee on the wooden top. Protects the honey from anything getting in. Loved some other designs but with an open spoon holder, gnats and ants could get in. Yes I keep my place clean but realistically, little bugs get in a Southern house in the summer. ---- Larisa

To be honest i bought this to use as kitchen decor i love the look of it how you can see the honey and the dipper through the glass i think its the perfect rustic touch for the kitchen so im never going to actually use it i cant speak on the functionality but it looks adorable on my kitchen counter and its inexpensive ---- Lana

I got this to have some home at the office. Let me tell you people were "living" for this cute little jar. It is pretty mess free and fits in a drawer. A dream come true. Very nice honey pot. Honey spoon is very easy to use. I like it that is clear glass, unfortunately small opening is hard for pouring and cleaning. ---- Jessica
