1. Application:

- Low specific gravity

Fiber rope changing
During operating, fibre ropes of rollers were easy damaged sometimes because of high temperature, once you found the fibre ropes were broke, you should maintain or change them as soon as possible. And you shall notice following points when changing fibre rope:
on. Screw-pitch shall be evenly, rotary direction shall be same with original rotary direction.
- When twisting fiber rope, operator should smear glue on the inner surface of fiber rope to adhere with rollers, and assure no glue exists on the surface of non-twined fiber rope of rollers. Which can avoid the broken glass adhering on the rollers after glasses were broke.
- Head of fibre rope shall be fixed firm and reliable, head of fixing screw is not allowed to higher than surface of roller.
- After dismantled the damaged fiber rope, operator should completely eliminate the colloidal matters on roller surface and other attachments to assure the light and clean of roller surface.
- When twisting fibre rope, it shall be in state of tension all the time, straight and no contortion. Screw-pitch shall be evenly, rotary direction shall be same with original rotary direction.
- When twisting fiber rope, operator should smear glue on the inner surface of fiber rope to adhere with rollers, and assure no glue exists on the surface of non-twined fiber rope of rollers. Which can avoid the broken glass adhering on the rollers after glasses were broke.
