The Fused Silica Ceramic rollers, is a composite component composed of porcelain body, bearing, shaft and plastic labyrinth sealing ring.

The ceramic roller is a key component in glass horizontal tempering furnace,

mainly used for carrying and transporting glass in glass horizontal tempering furnace.

The ceramic roller is made of high-purity fused silica, which has high density, high strength, low thermal expansion, good thermal shock stability, high dimensional accuracy, no deformation at high temperature, long service life, and no pollution to glass.
