A silent cabin proves to be a highly specialized closed space engineered for effective noise isolation and finds utility across multiple domains, including music recording studios, hospitals, and computer rooms.

The determination of a silent cabin's size is a crucial aspect and depends on factors such as the degree of noise isolation needed and the available space. Larger silent cabins can accommodate more individuals but come with a higher manufacturing cost. For instance, our silent cabin has a height of 2.3 meters.

When deciding on the size of a quiet cabin, comfort and safety are paramount. There must be sufficient internal space to house the necessary equipment and personnel, while also ensuring adequate ventilation and air circulation. Moreover, to guarantee comfort and safety, quiet cabins need to be outfitted with appropriate lighting and fire-fighting equipment.

The silent cabin is typically prefabricated in the factory. Subsequently, it is disassembled for transportation to the destination and reassembled there. Hence, the size of the silent cabin must adhere to the requirements for transportation and installation to facilitate a seamless installation process.

This ensures that the silent cabin can be efficiently set up at the desired location, ready to provide the intended noise-isolation and functional benefits.

1. The silent room uses a square iron frame as the support, and the outer panel uses a steel plate as the panel.

2. The entrance door and the joint surface are sealed with sealing strips, making the overall appearance beautiful and practical.

3. Most of the silent rooms are tetrahedral, with soundproof glass on both sides, an entrance and exit door in the front, and a panel in the rear.

4. An air conditioning exhaust system can be installed above the room to ensure a controllable temperature range in the room.
