Project introduction: The project is made by XGZ Self-developed prefabricated modular building system. It is 42.9m long, 15.6m wide and 18.18m high in five floors. Main feature for this modular system is prefabricated. Main contruction, floor, decoration, envelope and utilities are all prefabricated in workshop and fast installation on site. Steel structure office building adopts multi-storey precast steel structure building. The project is currently in use as Xinguangzheng office building. Compared with ordinary concrete building, steel structure building has obvious advantages such as fast installation, good fire protection and heat preservation performance. Therefore, if you need to quickly build workshops, warehouses, office buildings and other buildings, steel structure can be preferred, Its construction is simple: the construction period is short; all the components are prefabricated in the factory, and only a simple assembly is required on site.
