1. Q: My supplier does not have export rights. Can you help me export the goods?

A: Yes, we can. We can purchase the export license, declare and ship the goods to you.

2. Q: Can you help pick up the goods from mainland China?

A: Yes, we can help you do that. Please provide the exact pick-up address.

3. Q: Can you help us with customs clearance and send the goods from the port of destination to our warehouse?

5. Q: How can I keep track of my shipment?

A: Please click on the relevant Courier/airline/shipping company website (which we will provide) and follow the tracking number. We will also provide you with daily and weekly feedback.

6. Q: What are the restrictions on package weight and size?

A: The maximum weight of each package is 68kg and the maximum length is 120cm. Otherwise, there is an extra charge. For air freight, the minimum weight is 1kg. For sea transport, the minimum volume is 1cbm.
