20T/Day Flexo Printing Wastewater Treatment Machine for Water-based Flexographic Printing Machine
Product Description
1. Using a fully automatic pressure filter and a new type of efficient pipeline mixed flocculation reactor, the wastewater is treated while the sludge is subjected to pressing and drying treatment. The moisture content of the filter residue is low, saving the investment in subsequent facilities such as sludge drying tanks after conventional wastewater treatment and improving operating conditions.
2. Fully automatic control system, extremely low labor intensity; fully enclosed structure, good working environment, eliminating the phenomenon of cross-flow of sewage during the operation of traditional sewage treatment equipment.
3. Intelligent design, variable frequency operation, automatic energy saving.
Processed by our machine, the wastewater becomes colorless and can be used for the following aspects:
1. Reuse to make the starch glue for the corrugated production line;
2. The factory daily paper board production;
3. And also can be used for other ways, such as washing the glue disks and some other production equipment in order to get our target “Zero Discharge”.
