Product Description

1. The machine is equipped with a borax storage tank and propellers. The trapezoidal-shaped borax storage tank is made of carbon steel and has a helix propeller inside that ensures slow but constant feeding of borax.

2. The starch storage tank is also made of carbon steel and features a propelling transfer system. It has two level sensors and two vibrators installed inside. When the level drops below the preset limits, an alarm will sound to remind personnel to refill it.

3. The system includes a temperature sensor and display, with heating controlled by PLC.

4. Each glue storage tank is equipped with a level sensor and an agitating unit.

5. The main components such as the glue delivering pump, pneumatic control valves, and electrical components are imported from internationally renowned companies, ensuring the performance and reliability of the equipment.

6. Key parts like pipes, main rolls, shearing blades, and propelling mixing blades are made of stainless steel to guarantee the long lifespan of the equipment.
