Waved Steel Fiber Specification

Stainless steel fibers are used to reforced castable,To boost strength under tension,stainless steel fibers are

commonly employed in refractories and reinforced concrete.

Adopting steel fibers into the concrete mix provide new mechanical properties. The fibers can be included as a substitute

for the common steel reinforcement, or as a complement, or for a better performance for strain that the common reinforcement can't absorb.

Specifications of Waved Steel Fiber:

  • Diameter: 0.5 to 1.0mm.
  • Length: 25 to 60mm.
  • Aspect Radio: ≥42.
  • Material: Low carbon steel; cold-drawn.
  • Tensile strength: more than 1100MPa.
  • Packaging: 20kg per pager bag and/or 1000kg per plastic bag.
