Disc granulation, extrusion and new granulation methods are adopted in the material preparation method. Because these three processes require high pulverization of raw materials and high granulation water content, the general water content should reach about 30%. The water content is low, the drying load is small, the loss of effective bacteria can be reduced, the dust is small, and the operating environment is better. The raw materials enter the granulator, add appropriate amount of water or steam, and bond them into granules. After granulation, the materials are sent to the dryer through the belt conveyor for drying. The particle diameter is 3.0-4.0mm, and the granulation rate is greater than 70%.
Using the high-speed rotating mechanical stirring force and the resulting aerodynamic force, the fine powder material is continuously mixed in the machine, granulated, spheroidized, and dense, so as to achieve the purpose of granulation. The particle shape is spherical, the sphericity is ≥0.7, the particle size is generally between 1-6 mm, and the granulation rate is ≥90%. The particle diameter can be appropriately adjusted by the mixing amount of the material and the spindle speed. Generally, the lower the mixing amount, the rotation speed The higher the particle size, the smaller the particle size, and vice versa.
