Rapid Mixer Fertilizer Granulator Machine Stable Operation Low Energy Consumption

This machine is a new generation of rotary drum granulator developed by our company staff according to construction experience. The machine has the features of beautiful appearance, simple operation, low energy consumption, long service life, uniform drying and convenient maintenance, etc., which is the most advanced granulating equipment in China.

Rotary granulator is a kind of forming machine which can make materials into specific shapes. Rotary granulator is one of the key equipment in compound fertilizer industry. It is suitable for cold and hot granulation and large-scale production of high concentration and medium and low concentration compound fertilizers. The main way of work is wet pelletizing of aggregates. By a certain amount of water or steam, the basic ingredients can produce sufficient chemical reaction in the drum, and the extrusion force between the particles can be agglomerated into spheres.

Product Details

  1. The pelletizing rate is up to 90%. The particle size distribution is centralized and easy to control material.
  2. The counter open gears that installed on the driving shaft engaged with the large gears that fixed on the machine body and work in opposite directions
  3. Roller is strong and durable,and can work under a variety of condition long hours.
  4. Spherical particles have no acute angle after granulation, so the powder rate is extremely low.
