Product Introduction

Straw residue compost making machine is a fermentation system that feeds materials from the top and discharges the decomposed materials from the bottom. Straw residue and sludge are added from the top of the tank and stirred by the internal mixing blades. At the same time, a high-pressure fan is forced to ventilate and supply oxygen. Fully aerobic fermentation of raw materials. The ventilation system allows the fresh air to pass through the material from the bottom of the fermentation tank, and is collected at the top of the fermentation tank, and then passes through the deodorizing filter system to discharge the exhaust gas up to the standard.

The role of thermophilic aerobic bacteria can make the temperature during fermentation reach 60-70 degrees, fully kill various pathogenic bacteria, evaporate the water in the sludge, and convert the sludge and straw residue into organic nutrients. One fermenter equipment can process up to 5-10 tons of fresh sludge with a moisture content of 60-80% per day, the fermentation cycle is about 7 days, and the moisture content of the organic materials after fermentation is about 30%.
