The bottom of the inner pot install a heat absorbing steel coil, Can be heated fast but heat dissipated slowly. The steel coil absorbs the heat from the fire when you are cooking. Once the food is boiled, you can cut off the fire source and move the inner pot into the heat-preservation pedestal plate.
Then the heat absorbing steel coil will giving out heat, and keep boiling for 25 minutes without flame. After the food is finish, it will keeping the food in high temperature for long time. (100 degree to 50 degree need 8 hours).
Advantage
With this energy-saving pot, plenty of fuel can be saved (save 25% energy than pressure cooker, and save 50% energy than the other stainless steel pots, or aluminum pots)
