Supporting software

GOSPELL’s PSI/SI system allows users to edit SI tables, such as NIT, BAT, SDT, etc., and the descriptors inside the tables. It then generates section files in accordance with these tables, and the files are encapsulated into TS packets and sent to the IP inputs of digital TV TS processing equipment. This system may extract program information from CDM files exported from GOSPELL’s Network Management System (NMS), or XML files exported from the IP-based equipment, and have functions such as NIT/BAT/SDT editing, transmission channel configuration editing, transmission TS management and monitoring.
