Usage Methods:
Construction Preparation
Clean the construction surface: Ensure the construction area is clean, dry, free of dust, oil, moisture and other
debris. You can use cleaners, sandpaper and other tools for cleaning and grinding.
Prepare tools: such as glue guns, scrapers, brushes, etc. Open the packaging of the fireproof sealant.
Gluing
Install the glue gun properly and load the sealant into the gun.
Aim at the gap or hole of the construction area, and squeeze the glue gun evenly to fill the sealant evenly.
Compaction and Trimming
Use a scraper or other tools to compact the filled sealant to ensure the sealant fully fills the gap and the surface is flat.
For larger gaps, it may be necessary to fill and compact in layers.
Cleaning Excess Sealant
Before the sealant solidifies, use a damp cloth or scraper to promptly clean the excess sealant on the construction surface.
Curing and Inspection
Let the sealant cure naturally. After curing, inspect the sealing effect to ensure there are no omissions or defects.
