Description Of Cisco QSFP28-BIDI-100G Compatible 100G BIDI SR Transceiver

This 100G BIDI SR supports 41.25-103.125Gbps data rate and such applications as 100G Ethernet (103.125Gbps) and 40G Ethernet (41.25Gbps), and interconnect link up to 70m over OM3, 100m over OM4 and 150m over OM5 with a 2-fiber duplex LC connector.

In this module, four 25Gbps data streams are internally encoded into two 50GBd PAM4 signals, which are transmitted optically in two 850/900nm bidirectional links. On the receiving side, the two 50GBd PAM4 signals are decoded and the four original 25Gbps data streams are recovered.

This Cisco QSFP28-BIDI-100G compatible transceiver is compliant with the QSFP28 MSA and IEEE 802.3bm CAUI-4 electrical interface.

This 100G BIDI SR optical transceiver is factory pre-programmed with all the necessary configuration data for seamless network integration and performs identically to genuine Cisco QSFP28-BIDI-100G transceivers, excellent interoperation with Cisco QSFP28 port optical transport devices.
