Description
Gigaopto’s GTS-B3530-10DC is 1 fiber Bidirectional SFP optical transceiver module designed to transmit and receive optical serial digital signals as defined in SMPTE 297-2006.
The transceiver is designed to transmit/receive data rates from 50Mbps to 2.97Gbps and supports SDI pathological patterns for SMPTE 259M, SMPTE 344M, SMPTE 292M and SMPTE 424M serial rate,a maximum distance of 10 km is achievable with 3Gbps pathological signals over a single-mode fiber (SMF) with a simplex LC connector
The transceiver consists of three sections: a 1310nm DFB laser transmitter, a 1550nm PIN photodiode integrated with a trans-impedance pre-amplifier (TIA) , Reclocker ,and a MCU controller. The transceiver is compliant with SFP Multi-Source Agreement (MSA), It is with the SFP+ 20-pin connector to allow hot plug capability. Digital diagnostic functions are available via an I2C.
