SMPTE 6G Digital Video Transceiver Dual Fiber 1310nm 10km DOM MSA
Description
This 6Gbps dual fiber video transceiver are high performance, cost effective module for two channel video transmission applications over single mode fiber.
It supports data rates from 50Mbps to 5.94Gbps and is specifically designed for robust performance in the presence of SDI pathological patterns for SMPTE259M, SMPTE 344M, SMPTE 292M, SMPTE 424M and ST-2081 serial rates. A max cable distance can reach up to 10km over 1310nm wavelength with duplex LC connector.
The transceiver consists of three sections: a DFB laser, a PIN photodiode integrated with a trans-impedance preamplifier (TIA) and transceiver IC with MCU control unit for DDM. All modules satisfy class I laser safety requirements. The transceivers are compatible with SFP Multi-Source Agreement (MSA) and SFF-8472.
