1. The speed limiter device systems shall be "failsafe" in such a way that if the plug/s to the electronic controller is/are removed, power is disconnected or if the speed signal and/or wire is disconnected the vehicle shall automatically, default to a limp mode or the engine shall stall or return to idle or, at least, and thus shall not be able to be driven in excess of thirty kilometers per hour.
