(2) Q: Why is the newly installed equipment displayed in other places?

Answer: 1. If the vehicle displays a "stationary" state on the platform after being installed, but it is displayed elsewhere on the map. This is because after the device is installed, the vehicle has been at a standstill. When the device is at a standstill, GPS data will not be transmitted to the server (for data saving considerations). This phenomenon is because the device has not yet transmitted the latest positioning data to the server, and the old positioning data is still displayed. So what you see is the old location data.

Solution: Please drive the vehicle out to an open area for a certain distance. When the vehicle is in motion, the latest positioning data will be uploaded to the server, and the accurate location can be seen. .

2. If the vehicle displays "offline" or "not online" status on the platform after it is installed. This is because the device has not been connected to the server, the GPS positioning data has not been uploaded to the server, and the old positioning data is seen.

(3) Question: May I ask the base station (LBS) positioning always drifts to a fixed place, and the distance is too large, why?

Answer: The location of the base station depends on whether it is consistent with the synchronization between the base station and Google Maps. Some new base stations or moved base stations will drift if they are not updated in time in Google. You can only wait for Google to update regularly.

(4) Question: Why does the data in the operating statistics do not match the actual situation? Does the mileage statistics do not match the actual mileage?

Answer: The running statistics function on the monitoring platform performs statistics based on the location information uploaded to the monitoring platform by the locator. The position information of the locator may be restricted by factors such as signal, environment, malfunctions, etc.

In other words, if the locator is offline or not positioned and there is no accurate position data, there may be some errors in the running statistics. Therefore, the operating statistics on the monitoring platform can only be used as a reference basis.
