TK003 is a 4G compact GPS Tracker for vehicles, it is small in size and with internal GPS/GSM antenna. Troubleshooting
If the terminal is unable to connect to the background server in the first time installation, background shows off line, please check the terminal installation
1.Check is the main power connection correct, pay attention not to connect to the vehicle interior control wire.
2. Is SIM card installed correctly, please refer to the installation instructions.
3.Please check is it power on, the switch at the back cover.
4. Check the LED status, please refer to the indicators instruction.
5. Check whether the GPS has been positioning, if not please go to the open air for the first time targeting.

Terminal shows off line in the background

1.Call the SIM card number of the device, see if you can hear the sound of the call is connected.
