SPL25 is invented and developed to realize precise speed limiting for vehicles. Speed control precision is very high and the performance is reliable. It will not affect the big throttle start nor the power torque, stable and quality. It only limits the maximum speed and the vehicle will not stall during speed limiting, and ensure the throttle pedal free movement in the right speed range

2 Speed limiter Features

• Precise speed limit, Enforce to limit the speed of your vehicle if preset maximum speed
• Speed display, Live display preset speed limited value or live speed value during calibrating.
• Buzzer alert, When exceeding the speed limit or setting, the buzzer will sound a warning

3 GPS speed limiter interface

ACC (Red): Digital INPUT, connected to vehicle ACC wire to get power.

GND (Black): connected to battery positive and ground.

O1 (Yellow): Digital OUTPUT1

Crtl (Blue): Digital INPUT, control signal input, When a low level is detected, the speed limit will be controlled

Key (White): Digital INPUT, when operating speed calibration need to press this button.

S+ (Green): Connect to ECU signal wire.

S- (Purple): Connect to ECU signal wire.

V+(Brown): Connect to pedal signal wire.

V- (Grey): Connect to pedal signal wire.

VSS (Orange): connected to vehicle speed signal wire to detect speed

RS232: TTL 232 port, baud rate 9600, setting speed limited value via this port

Display: TTL 232 port, display speed value.

4 Pulse speed calibration:

Before operating speed calibration, please make sure: 1 Speed limiter is working normally. 2 Pulse wire is connected right to vehicle speed signal wire.

Calibration steps: Drive vehicle at stable 30KM/H for 10 seconds, then press Button, Speed limiter shall make twice beep indicates that calibration is complete. How to check if calibration succeed or not? After calibration is done, The speed display will show the current speed in real time for one minute, and then the speed limit will be displayed fixedly.

5 Pedal wire installation:

1. Find the vehicle pedal harness, it is composed of 6 wires, 2 wire is the signal wires, 2 wire is power wire, 2 wire is ground wire. Start the vehicle, step on the pedal, make vehicle at idle state, voltage at signal wire shall change.

2. Cut off the 2 signal wires, and then connect respectively the pedal controller wire. Please refer below picture. Brown and Grey wire connect to accelerator pedal, Green and Purple connect to ECU.
