1. Advantage:

1. The turning of roller makes material turning more evenly and avoids material burning. The softening of material is even and smooth.
2. Energy consumption is greatly reduced. Compared with the softening equipment of same production, the installed capacity of the machine is one tenth of the vertical softening kettle, so the production cost is also reduced greatly.
3. No scraper can avoid abrasion between the scraper and heating layer, so the equipment has long service life, low breakdown rate and low maintenance cost.
4. Adopting new designing and material control is very convenient. The softening time of material can be adjusted at any time according to different varieties and properties of material.
5. Because of unique structural designing, the rate of de-watering is up to about 2% when softening material of high water content.
