Description
Mature technology corn dryer which is manufacture by wangu

The use of counter current dryer, large tower volume, slow precipitation, is conducive to the protection of grain quality.

In the upper drying section, the grain moisture is high and the grain temperature is low, so high hot air temperature is used. In the lower drying section, the grain moisture is low and the grain temperature is high, so low hot air temperature is used, which is beneficial to protect the grain quality.

The upper drying section adopts hot air temperature: 160 ℃; In the middle drying section, the hot air temperature is 140 ℃; The lower drying section adopts hot air temperature of 120 ℃.

A slow drying section is set under each drying section to eliminate the moisture gradient inside and outside the grain, improve the consistency of moisture inside and outside the grain, and promote the drying of grain moisture.

Use in and out cooling, grain cooling thoroughly,

Six impellers for grain discharge, the grain discharge clearance of each group of six impellers is adjustable (Patent No.: ZL 2014 2 0709512.0), which can ensure that the grain is evenly downward on the whole section of the dryer, and can ensure that the grain is evenly precipitation.

Low speed conveying equipment and large section dryer are used to effectively reduce corn crushing.

The elevator is equipped with anti crushing and anti slipping tail wheel( Patent No.: ZL 201330432857.7)

The shell of the hot air blower is provided with an insulating layer, which can greatly reduce the heat loss.
