1, Structural Design
Vertical structure

Internal structure
There are multiple drying layers set up internally. Rapeseed flows from top to bottom under the action of gravity, and during the flow process, it comes into full contact with hot air for drying.
2, Drying principle
The rapeseed dryer uses hot air for drying. Hot air enters the dryer from the side air inlet, and then forms an upward hot air flow inside. The temperature, moisture, and air volume of the hot air can be adjusted according to the initial moisture content and drying requirements of the rapeseed. Under the action of hot air, the moisture in rapeseed is evaporated and carried away, achieving the purpose of drying.
This type of dryer can achieve continuous operation. Rapeseed continuously enters from the top inlet and is discharged from the bottom outlet after drying. This continuous operation method can improve production efficiency and is suitable for the demand of large-scale rapeseed drying. For example, in large rapeseed processing enterprises, continuous vertical dryers can operate stably for a long time, meeting the drying demands of a large number of rapeseed.
3, Performance characteristics
Good drying effect
Due to the uniform contact between rapeseed and hot air in the dryer and the relatively long residence time, the drying effect is better. It can dry the moisture content of rapeseed to an appropriate range, and the dried rapeseed has uniform moisture content without over drying or over wetting. This helps to ensure the quality of rapeseed, such as not reducing oil yield, no burnt or broken residue, and normal color and odor.
Energy saving and efficient
On the one hand, through reasonable structural design, heat loss has been reduced. On the other hand, the continuous operation mode enables the equipment to operate in a stable working state without the need for frequent starting and stopping, thereby saving energy. For example, compared to some intermittent dryers, continuous rapeseed dryers have lower energy consumption when drying the same amount of rapeseed.
Wide adaptability range
Can adapt to rapeseed with different initial moisture contents. Both high moisture freshly harvested rapeseed and rapeseed with relatively low moisture content after initial drying can be dried in a continuous vertical dryer. And it can also be used for drying other similar granular crops, such as rice, corn, sorghum, wheat, etc.
