How Did Cyclonic Furnace Works?

1)Auto Feeder would blowing the husk into the combustion room
2)Husk would be burning inside the combustion room
3)Extra Blower would keep supplying fresh air into the combustion room, meanwhile spreading pipeline would help the husk flying and circulating inside which makes it burning completely
4)Hot air from the combustion room would passing through the heat exchanger, which makes heat exchanger be heated
5)Fresh air coming outside passing through the heat exchanger and be heated goes into the ducting which lead to dryer machine
6)Auto Ash Sweeper would cleaning the ash and transfer the ash to the ash tank through the elevator

This is standard 180 tons per batch paddy dryer project, it consist of 1 set PCF-200 Cyclonic Furnace and 6 sets PGD-30 Grain Dryer Machine

Fresh wet paddy loading from intake pits, after cleaned by pre cleaner, goes into dryer through conveyor, then finally loaded to dryer

Cyclonic furnace would keep working to supply sufficient hot air to the dryer units,so paddy moisture could be dried timely, after drying, dried paddy would be unloaded through another belt conveyor

For standard cyclonic furnace, would required 2 units 40' container(If no ductings required),together with ductings,then need 3 units 40' container
